11 Oct 2010The mortgage company said they wanted to move mailboxes when the payment had been sent by the bank. But they are still a fee for late payment and the offender. They even told my bank it was their fault.
I think it needs without out of pocket costs, a lawyer can be solved. You must first contact the customer service and let them know that you have a problem with a payment and allow them to research. If the payment is applied incorrectly, they can usually fix while you are on the phone. If there is more research needed to be sure to get a copy of the check at your bank and send it by fax to the researchers. Once they realize it was making a mistake that they remove the late fees and correct the mistake with the credit bureaus over the next feeding.
If you do not get the help you need, be sure to climb a manager and follow-up in 2 or 3 days. If you are not solving the issue of managing a complaint with the BBB and get the resolution of banking information services, is the more likely it sent a letter to a mailbox.
