Refinancing Home Mortgage
In: Mortgage Lending
28 Jul 2010I think the renovation of my house and I was wondering what would be my best option would be money for the mortgage companies have work.My advances on your mortgage, you pay more than the rest of the time, twenty years ago. Would it be a good idea to do this or should I be better to get a home loan significant improvement over other companies.
Do you need space? If not, stay away. You want to take any additional debt at this time, if you can avoid it. If you renovate, you really need, because the room, or to troubleshoot problems with the basement, then your best bet to put your savings into a CD and get a secured loan (lower interest, easier to get loans now ). Or get a second loan for a period much shorter than the re-calibration of the mortgage for a period of 20 years. This also costs you less long term. For a small amount, you should probably not more than 3-5 years.
