Refinancing Home Mortgage
I mean everything that additional costs for this house immediately (electric, gas, property tax, mortgage, etc.). The high tower (repairs, and set ‘) was never discussed. BTW the cost of living has never even thought of.

If they are equal in the ownership of the house, it is certainly true that each pays half brother. The fact that the bill is more money is irrelevant to this effect. If you are an owner and a half, you pay half.
