Those who speak on the mortgage on time for the first time home buyer?

My husband and I are ready to buy our first home. My grandmother sold her house with 3 bedrooms and is perfect for us, but we are completely clueless! We have never bought a house and have neither our parents if we do not know what we must do. Where should we go to see if we qualify for a loan? If our ordinary bank is able to help us or should we more to a lender?

When I first got this as a loan, I went my bank. I was on who to contact reguarding a home loan because they are the most local banks are not equitable mortgage with home loan banks said much more if … especially if you are a first time buyer.

I think part of my problem is still quite young because I have a few other banks were later and was told basically that I probably can not get enough credit, one, because J “I was too young.

I found a realator that I did (went with him to school that he was about my age) and had me looking for a home. He sat down with someone he knew, helped finance, and I had no problem!

It may cost a lil but perhaps a broker, if you know would be a good way because they know the whole thing about buying a home and we work for you and if they made a while ago lil time perhaps “related”. also consider an inspection before you buy, even if it is a reality …. home may have faulty wiring or pluming and we know, know. It would be fatal, just buy a new house and fix too much $ to spend things you did not intend.
