25 Apr 2010(due to credit score issues) I need to find an institution that will do a mortgage under just ONE of our names, but using BOTH of our incomes for a property in South Carolina.
Which one to pay of first or to prepay on all of them equally
I have 3 loans against my house, when I bought my house for 145K 3 years ago I had a 80/15/5 loan (to avoid PMI). And 2 years ago I got a HELC for 15K

24 Apr 2010Most people keep telling me I have to wait 2 years before I can get approved for a mortgage loan. Does anyone know a lender that will do it before the 2 years is up?

I AM SOOO FRUSTRATED!!! We were SO CLOSE for our underwriter to sign off on our loan… They asked the IRS for my husband’s 2007 and 2008 tax transcripts. standard procedure, i know.
