Refinancing Home Mortgage
My husband and I are refinancing our mortgage. I thought that even if we had problems with our mortgage consultant at the beginning, I might have to contact him, because he knows all our information. When we went through the training, it was very separate, we had a time of difficult questions to answer and even more attention to. Then when he came home actually never closed, he had almost lost the ball twice, and we are home. It has been nearly two years and I’m closing because I told him he finds it very difficult, perhaps he would have done the trick.
So I contacted him a little over two weeks to see what options we have. I know he is the man in the middle, but I feel that I am, sitting with the child and hold hands again. He said he will come back to me on Tuesday afternoon and I can not hear anything until Friday morning, and I’m the one who has to make contact. I would really like to stay with my original lender, but why it is so difficult?
