My husband and I are interested in selling at $ 50k. We asked for a loan from our bank, but were rejected. My income is about 2500 per month, my husband is about 2000th Credit scores are 590 and 629th We have a house now clear (mobile) and our taxes are $ 600 per year.

Do you think that would lead us to another bank or must we wait, and again the same?
