I understand that some lenders, the people more ARM certain age illegal. I am 54 years old and I’m struggling with this sentence now. Someone told me I could use this fact to persuade my creditors like to reduce my interest rate, or to dispense with a fixed interest rate. Is that true?

what the law requires that violate the Fair Housing Act, the lender?

I do not think they discriminate on the basis of age for ANY reason. It is illegal.
