Is it too expensive for a house?

In: Mortgage Loan

Together, my husband and I take home $ 4,117 per month. The house we are looking costs $ 1,450 per month including taxes, insurance, etc. We have our two cars and pay only two credit cards, both of which $ per 100 months. … Is that too much of a mortgage for us?
I calculated about $ 1,000, after all the bills left … including electricity, cable, phone, Internet, etc.

My husband and I a month in 7200, when we bought our house. Our house is 1100 the payment. After all is said and done at the end of the month we had to rescue about 1,000 more. Everything was more expensive than I ever thought it would be. Surely we could live a little more sober, but I would like to take on this well paid. You never know if one of you can lose your job. When we bought our house, we calculated from our right to receive cash as we could afford to pay, if one of us lost our job. I’m glad we’ve got one years later, I’m gone, but we have presented no difficulties, always our bills. It would be better suited to house buying less and you can save money to put in extra to your home. If the market rises, you can sell, and you do something better or to supplement what you have.
