Refinancing Home Mortgage
I could not all the papers to my name because the person who has everything would be for me next transfer in Mexico. Now I need to move only, there is nothing I can do?
You can not take over the mortgage of that person. It must be refinanced in your name. You must be on the certificate, you will also sign the other person (s) to an act of surrender to give up any property you own.
