I’m in a situation where I leave my house confiscated. However, the mortgage company not given us a notice of foreclosure, I’m still living in it. I want to go yet because I want my deleted before I do. However, the HOA and their collection agency is threatening to my house to sell.
The house has closed. Can they legally sell my house? What are my rights?

Special jurisdiction. In some, they can seize and sell the items in all lien released before the HOA lien. In most, they can not. Which may exclude most do not need a court order, only a test and privilege.

Talk to the County Clerk or a lawyer
