Executor is in control of the property if the deceased only mortgage?

but not the actual plot?

If someone decide as executor of a property with the power, as money is paid, and who gets a percentage of assets in the event of death to see is – that means the land on which the deceased is listed on the mortgage, but not the plot?

Without the deceased in the name of the property that the property is not part of the approval. It still belongs entirely to the parties to the deed. However, the debts paid before any real assets have been distributed.
