If the lender on the mortgage, would you prefer to pay on the first day of the month or 30 of the month? Why?

I was worried if I have to be on the same day of each month …. in a so predictable, except that if I could sell this loan in one big package, with thousands of other loans I thought they would reason the same day. So for that reason I would stay with the more common and the first of the month.
