In Nevada, a collection agency to sell your home without a court order or approval of the mortgage company?

Sounds like a collection agent jerky overzealous the proverbial chain.

There are very specific way, your house is closed, (Pick up any newspaper and read the business section this week).

Private (unsecured) loans are further steps …

They can be a privilege of the court against your property (first step)

Then they can identify your assets to the court.

Then the court must approve the seizure of assets

Then there is a public sale

Then, the proceeds from the auction will be used to satisfy outstanding debts in the order they were made

a first mortgage) first
b) Second mortgage (equity loan) next
c) other extraordinary privilege secured by an interest in the property
d) Can the unsecured loans was made of the sale

Then you will change .. but usually when you’ve spent, B there is not more money in the pot and the creditor is stuck with the fees they paid.

But .. even if they go that way, you get a lot of development before the Court.
