The other person refuses to finance themselves, to get the name of another person from the mortgage.What, can we do?

There are two parts to get your name on a lot. Getting your name requires the mortgage to refinance the other person is completely under his own name and pay out the existing mortgage.

To book your name is simple, you use an act of renunciation of claims. But you would then be held responsible for the mortgage, and would be no right or interest of the property.

If the other person refuses to refinance, you must file a lawsuit to force the sale of the property. See a local attorney experienced in real estate.
