Refinancing Home Mortgage
In: Mortgage Lenders
3 Nov 2010I am 26 and still living in my parents’ house, I leave? I live on the first floor apartment in the house of my parents. It is a small studio apartment with private entrance and my own kitchen / bath. My parents and my sister live in the 2nd Floor. My parents food and pay all associated costs.
Technically, I’m one of the owners of the house (I’m on the path), but since my parents mortgage, taxes or other utilities I do not think anyway HOSu to pay mine. I make about 90k per year and have about 80k save money. So I think I can go and perhaps buy a house, but when I marry, I do not see the sense of the life of me (I think I’m lonely). What do you think it’s time for me to go?
Personally, I do not think you should go ….. not because you are 26 and still living at home, but because you are 26 and miss the “life” experience that you will not win by living home.Buying a home is certainly a good start and always a good investment, you can obviously make. Moreover, life on your own does not mean you should always be alone.Let an opportunity to open your life to be a little …. After a barbecue friends and family, you make a point to go see your family once or twice a week. Look for opportunities to explore the kind of life you live. You will be surprised how quickly you fill your time when you are ready to go and this time you are live.I well.It recommend marriage before the test is always better to be in a relationship to be clear on who you are and what you want in your life, as opposed to jump into marriage only to discover later that the life you lead is completely wrong for m sure your family miss you around the house, but I you.I bet your parents are “pleased to see independent and doing well ….. that’s what parents hope for their children.
