18 Jul 2010I currently have on my savings mortgage, but have a credit card, which must be paid.
Am I better off leaving my mortgage with savings and make small payments on my credit card or put it on my credit card?
10% monthly payment on your credit card if after 12 months, you’ll be debt free. You need the card for gas and small parts and only the balance of the following month. If it is a relatively new mortgage, you pay 70% interest in the first 15 years of the 30-year mortgage. You should try to reduce the interest Additional funds. For the record, there is no grace period for each type of loan. FDIC is the one who forced the banks to waive late fees of up to 15 days to have. It has nothing to do with your loan. If your payment due the first day of the month, and you will pay in the fifth, you will be interested in the extra five days calculated. This is a daily rate. If you have any doubts, call your colleagues and the mortgage allowance request is passed the due date.
