A mortgage, is it possible to do this alone?

This is due mainly to the United Kingdom and Ireland, and of course, the cost of living varies when different sites are affected.

For now I have all but admitted that I do not find a girl that I can sell, which we apply together for a mortgage.

I’m 30 and I live with my parents. I have a personal debt to a total of 4K. Apart from my engine maintenance, I’m too cheap to keep! I especially love my food, drink, fine clothes and toiletries :-)

Seriously, have very little savings, but I know I can a job with a monthly net salary after tax could be looking around 1200. I even saw one bedroom properties to 80,000.

Although I have never had a county court judgments, I received many letters from my bank loan default and has been in collections have recently been adopted by a company debt management, but nothing threatening.

I wondered if anyone has any tips for me or were in a similar position.

I also have an idea / breakdown of expenditure, such as gas, electricity and water. Can you afford even the sky above everything?

I want to do this alone, even though it takes me a few years. I then present this all to a pretty girl, if she be able to move with me – but I like to be a meal ticket!

I was 25 when I moved and have a mortgage, your best bet is to save and to reduced food, clothing and hygiene items to drink.

As with accounts, this is my average monthly distribution:
Mortgage: ? 255 (current)
Water – ? 30.35 (not on a meter)
Council tax – ? 70 (I get 25% discount on the living alone)
Gas – ? 26
Electric – ? 18
Telephone and broadband – 22 ?
TV Licensing – ? 12
Food – ? 100
Insurance (buildings and content) – ? 25

I’m on a prepayment meter for gas and electric and above the monthly average based on 12 months.

I do not have Sky, I do freeiew never relised how many channels I never used with Sky.

I have no idea where Steven F his form was in the first line, I worked as:
? 429.46 per month
